Bring your entire family, and they can spend time at the playground or watch the rafts navigate the Whitewater Park while you run.    The 10-mile race course showcases some of Durango's best mountain views. It is on pavement/sidewalk and runs counterclockwise up to Fort Lewis College, along the rim, and back down along the Animas River Trail. The 5K is an out-and-back along the River Trail. Finishers in both races will receive a race t-shirt and pint glass. Proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Colorado and the Fort Lewis College Track/Cross-Country team.
