Yoga for Grief & Loss offers a holistic approach to healing from the loss of a loved one. Classes draw upon the principles and practices of yoga to regulate the nervous system, temper emotional reactivity, and cultivate spirituality. Each session incorporates movement, postures, breath, mudra, mantra, and meditation. No prior yoga experience is needed. You will be guided to witness yourself in your grief and you will gain tools to help you manage your symptoms. Optional journaling assignments and home practice help participants understand the complexities of grief and honor their personal journey. Small groups offer a safe and supportive environment. Yoga for Grief & Loss is a journey of the heart to help you accept your loss, process the pain of grief, reconnect with yourself, and return to wholeness.
Space is Limited to 8 participants, Pre-registration is required.
