Virtual Cardio/Strength Class on Zoom

A different virtual workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals, core and balance work. Common equipment is incorporated, modifications will be shown for those without equipment. Your instructor is Durango personal trainer Lynn Beck. Class is open to all-1st class free! Colors of the West - Exhibition

Two-woman show featuring the works of sculptor Star Liana York and painter Maura Allen. While each artist celebrates historical and cultural elements using a distinctive medium, this show will focus on how color influences them personally and how it translates into their work as they portray and evoke feelings.    Show continues through September 30.
