Scenic Round Trip Silverton Train

Embark on an Incredible Journey Through the San Juan Mountains!   For a truly unforgettable step back in time, enjoy a leisurely trip to yesteryear riding 3 1/2 hours each way on this steam train plus spend 2 hours in the historic mining town of Silverton to enjoy the sights, shopping, food, and libations that Silverton offers. We’ve been in continuous operation running train excursions on this 45-mile spur of the Denver & Rio Grande rail line since 1882. Much of the scenery remains unchanged since then. There’s no cell service or Wi-Fi through much of the terrain so you’ll be unplugged from the modern world. Soak in the views, listen as the steam whistle echoes through the canyon, hear the vintage locomotive work to pull the train up the grades. If you long to unwind and enjoy Colorado nature at its finest, this is the trip for you.

The Cancer Coalition of Southwest Colorado invites the public to attend its annual jewelry sale, featuring local "Style 'N' Stones" artists.   A portion of every sale (30-100%) benefits the Cancer Coalition, which uses the funds to provide utility, rent, gas and other essentials to active cancer treatment patients in this region. This is a great way to help our neighbors. Light snacks and beverages provided.

Get your hands dirty as you create a unique and functional clay dish of your choice. We will mix creativity with pleasure as we unwind from a busy week, enjoy happy hour treats, spend time with community artists, and, most importantly, hand-build a clay dish to use for years to come.    By the end of the evening your piece will be ready for glazing. You select a glaze which we will apply when your dish is dry. As a teenager, he quickly amassed fame behind extended releases, remixes and collaborations with contemporaries An-ten-ae, Beats Antique, David Starfire, Liquid Stranger, KJ Sawka, Clozee and Vibesquad. ill.Gates has headlined festivals around the world, culling eclectic gatherings of listeners at events like Burning Man & Shambhala. In 2016, Gates found his true calling as a musician; molding generations to come via his Producer Dojo, an organization dedicated to cultivating discipline and long term success for producers.
