Adaptive Sports Association (ASA) is hosting both a Participant Open House May 11th from 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm and a Volunteer Open House 4pm-6pm. ASA is a Durango-based non-profit providing outdoor, sport and recreational experiences for people with disabilities with the help of our amazing volunteers! Daily program offerings include whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, camping, rock climbing, and more. Please stop by one of our the Open House events to learn more!   No RSVP is required. 1st class FREE! A different virtual workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals, core and balance work. Common equipment is incorporated, modifications will be shown for those without equipment. Your instructor is Durango personal trainer Lynn Beck. Class is open to all.
