Register! Figure Drawing

Figure drawing is the practice of drawing from a live model in different poses. It trains your eye to see things that photographs just can't capture. This makes you more perceptive in all of your work—   The biggest reason to practice with the human figure is because it has so much to offer. Mastering the figure is about more than just shapes and muscles and bones.   10 Classes, all materials, instruction, and encouragement included.

DAC is sponsoring a 4-week class with veteran improv actor and teacher, Mary Quinn, to help you fall in love with the art of improvisation! This class is built to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of improv with a series of exercises that will unlock your creativity and remind you how fun it is to play well with others. Say "Yes, And…" and jump in for some fun (and a little funny along the way)!   Tuesdays - January 10th, 17th, 24th, and February 7th  No class on January 31st. Aikido Class

Aikido is a Japanese martial art with a do-no-harm approach to self-defense. Ai means harmony or blending. Ki is energy. Do is the way. Learn the ways you can blend with the energy in a conflict in order to resolve it. Aikido is ideal for women, shorter individuals, and those who never imagined doing martial arts. Develop greater strength, coordination, balance, and calm. For 20 years, DSBK has provided fun-filled classes open to everyone.
