Gentle Hatha Yoga with modifications

Come join us for 50+ Yoga with Chair Assist at our neighborhood Florida Mesa Grange! Participants develop a sense of community by practicing together!   The class will be every Wednesday at 9 a.m. The class will be for men and women in mid-life who are active and in reasonable good health. Beginners are welcome. We will focus on stretching, strengthening and balance along with warm-ups, sun salutations and yoga poses.   Cost: $65.00 for 10 punch pass; $9.00 drop-in  Bring your yoga mat, if available two blocks and two blankets.
Exhibition: Anticipation - Two-Person Show with Bryce Pettit & Elsa Sroka

Sorrel Sky will be featuring the sculptures of Bryce Pettit and paintings of Elsa Sroka. While both artists feature domestic and wild animals in their work, the setting and context reflect a distinct individualism. Bryce keeps his pieces reductive in style. "I try to pare each piece down to the minimum necessary to tell the story." Elsa enjoys the playful nature of her images. "If it makes me smile…I know it's right." The exhibition will continue through May 31.
Adaptive Sports Association Summer Participant Open House

ASA is a Durango-based non-profit providing outdoor, sport and recreational experiences for people with disabilities. Daily program offerings include whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, camping, rock climbing, and more. Please stop by the open house to learn more about the opportunities as a participant.   No RSVP is required.
