Monthly Boundless Heart Mindfulness Practice

Practice with Myah Lee, a certified teacher in Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion(MSC).    In each session, we will explore, with curiosity, the nature of our own minds. We will investigate our experience through mindfulness practice in a wakeful, attentive, open, free and loving way. The purpose is to learn to become aware of mental, emotional and physical phenomena in our experience, and cultivate joy in daily living that brings profound ease, freedom and intimate connection with life.   Third Tuesday of Each Month: 9:00 - 10:30am  Cost: $20 per session   To reserve your space: call or email!

Increasingly, people want to stay out of nursing homes, to "age in place" in their own homes and communities.    What can you do to decrease your risk of institutionalization?  How can you set yourself up to live your best life as you age or become disabled?   Join a group that is learning, brainstorming, comparing notes, examining issues, advocating for ourselves, and celebrating successes together.   Who: Disability activist Martha Mason  Topic: This meeting will be about building community and social supports that will benefit yourself and others.
