Get to Know the CEO with Jessica Matlock

Get to know the CEO Special Speaker Series featuring Jessica Matlock, CEO of La Plata Electric Association.    Jessica is LPEA's first female CEO in the co-op's 80-year history. Prior to this role, Matlock served as a member of the executive leadership team for 13 years at the nation's 11th largest public utility (Snohomish Public Utility District). In her last role - Assistant General Manager of Customer, Energy Services, and External Relations - she directed customer engagement, legislative and policy strategy, and the development and implementation of the utility's solar, electric vehicle, and demand response programs.   Every quarter the Chamber will invite a CEO to sit down with our members to talk about their path for their company. This session is free to chamber members, but we ask that you please register.
Meditation

Fun, non-traditional ways to meditate! This drop-in class is called Meditation with the Radiance Sutras. It's great for beginners. We explore a variety of everyday timeless themes from sports, favorite foods, music, the cosmos, hardships, love, and anything we experience in modern life. Winter Sports Celebration & Fundraiser

Let's fill the Community Concert Hall with all our winter sport loving friends and family. This is our premier fundraiser for the fall, and we're hosting with Durango Nordic, and FLC Freeride (who is hosting the late show at 9pm). First Thursdays Songwriter Night

1/monthly Songwriter's Series is a showcase of talented, seasoned songwriters in our region in an intimate setting. Each songwriter will showcase two original pieces with professional sound. Located inside of The iAM MUSIC Institue on our iNDIGO Room stage!   Suggested donation, audiences of all ages are welcome.
