In each session, we will explore, with curiosity, the nature of our own minds. We will investigate our experience through mindfulness practice in a wakeful, attentive, open, free and loving way. The purpose is to learn to become aware of mental, emotional and physical phenomena in our experience, and cultivate joy in daily living that brings profound ease, freedom and intimate connection with life.
