Tailwind Nutrition Pi Day Ride

Tailwind Nutrition and Durango Devo are teaming up to invite the entire Durango community for a Pi Day ride or run, paired with some electrolytes along the way.    Founded in Durango in 2012, Tailwind Nutrition is a longtime supporter of Durango Devo. Since Tailwind's all-new Rapid Hydration electrolyte mix is perfect for 3.14-mile activities, Tailwind is debuting Rapid Hydration in front of its hometown on the venerable Pi Day.    Participation for Durangotans is free and simple.    Step 1: Go for a 3.14-mile bike ride or run on Pi Day, this Thursday, 3/14, and log it on the Strava platform. Activities must be exactly 3.14 miles, no more and no less!    Step 2: Visit 2nd Ave. Sports on Friday, 3/15. Tailwind Nutrition will be there sampling Rapid Hydration. Show them your Strava activity, and receive Rapid Hydration for free.

63rd Annual Juried Exhibition

This year, the FLC Art Gallery is honored to welcome Emily Grace King as our guest juror.    This exhibition will run from March 7 - April 3, Monday - Thursday 1:00 - 4:00. Visiting the Art Gallery and all events are free and open to all ages.
Live Music with Justin Larkin

Take a break from your turns for some tunes with Justin Larkin!   Justin Larkin is a musician & entertainer from Springfield, Missouri. Having spent the last 15+ years performing all across America with various musical groups like his rock-n-roll band Mood Ring Circus, as well as a one-man band, Larkin has been homing in on a distinct & hearty blend of Roots, Soul & Rock-n-roll called "Cosmic Ozarkana Music".   In addition to his original songs, Larkin's live shows include a genre-bending selection of familiar songs and mash-ups selected from the last 60+ years of popular music-"the songs you forgot that you remembered"-fitting in both in a Saturday night honky-tonk, a lazy Sunday patio afternoon, and just about anywhere else in between… wherever it is he ends up next. 'Downtown's Next Step' Community Meeting

The City is excited to host the first public meeting for the preliminary engineering design of Downtown's Next Step Phase 1. This meeting will provide background information on the project, preliminary design of the 600 and 700 blocks, and provide a safe and convenient space to discuss and provide feedback on the project design.
