It is commonly thought that exercising makes the body strong and healthy. This is true if your joints and spine are correctly aligned. If they are not aligned your Nervous System finds a different group of muscles to take over so you can keep moving and/or exercising. These different muscles and ligaments take on a job they were never meant to do and soon weaken. This creates incorrect placement pressure and pain in your body.
These classes are slow moving (not cardio), non-intimidating, for all body types, and all levels of mobility. They give you the knowledge, understanding and tools to re-set your nerves instantly preventing pain, hurt, stiffness & emotional/physical trauma that a specific incident might have created. Learning how to re-program your Nervous System instantly gives you more control over your own general health creating a stronger, more flexible, longer lasting body. Please bring a yoga or camping mat and water bottle. Wear soft comfortable clothing ~sweat pants & Tee-shirt, or yoga cloth.
