Join us in Durango for a morning snowshoe (about an hour) followed by a brunch meet-up at El Moro! Ticket price includes a mimosa, beverage gratuity & an administrative fee. Meal is NOT included. Trail to be determined but will be within about 10-15 minutes of Town of Durango proper. We will snowshoe about an hour, and then head to town to brunch around 10:30-11AM. The Five Elements of a Charcuterie Board

Vietnam Veterans Dinner

March 29th is National Vietnam Veterans Day. VFW Post 4031 is proud to host a Celebration and Remembrance Dinner in recognition of the National Day. The Dinner is open to all veterans regardless of when they served, and all interested community members. The dinner is free, however donations are appreciated. The guest speaker will be Mr. Jim Knotts, President and CEO of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) which was responsible for establishing the "Wall" in Washington, DC. The VVMF is responsible for the maintenance of the Memorial and the associated three statues that are on the grounds.

The Durango Cowboy Gathering presents our annual fundraising event 'Nacho' Average Barn Concert. This special program will take place at the historic Steward Ranch, also known as Destination Ranch, where part of the movie 'City Slickers' was filmed. The ranch is located at the very end of the Lightner Creek Road. Our special guests will be the Timberline Cowboys who successfully blend cowboy lore, humor, and romance into their music repertoire. Also performing will be Lindy Simmons who was named the 2021 Cowboy Poetry Champion by the International Western Music Association. Time: Gate opens 4:00 pm. Entertainment starts at 5:00 pm. Dancing afterwards. Cost: Tickets $35 if purchased through April 14. After April 14, tickets purchased online or at the door will be $40. 2024 is the 25th year of the San Juan Brewfest, the best and biggest beer tasting festival in the Four Corners! Up to 35 breweries, unlimited tastings, live music from Animas City Theatre, food for purchase, and tons of fun. It all benefits United Way of Southwest Colorado. Day one will only sell 500 tickets, so it will not be crowded. Tickets are discounted by 20% compared to Saturday and only cost $40.
