The public is invited to a free workshop, "Meet the Labyrinth: A Walk for Mind, Body, and Spirit," on May 21 from 8:30 a.m. to noon in conference room A at Mercy Regional Medical Center. The workshop will be taught by Luri Owen of Durango, who is a Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitator. Veriditas is a San Francisco based nonprofit that supports labyrinth education throughout the world.
