Amber Davis of New Hat Baking will be teaching a two part gluten free living class in May. Part 1 will be a lecture style education class with Q & A at Durango Space on May 19th from 6 pm - 8 pm. We will discuss what gluten is, it's sources, conditions & symptoms, treatments, and what the gluten free foods marketplace looks like today. We will also provide good resources so you can learn more about healthy gluten free living.
