Anxiety, Stress, Nervousness - YUCK!
You’re tired, stressed, overwhelmed. It seems like you’re always tired, stressed and overwhelmed. You try this and that, but you’re still tired, stressed and overwhelmed.
Experts have been telling us for years that our lifestyle is not conducive to good health simply because we’re too busy, with too much to do, too much responsibility, too much moving too fast.
We’re always over-stressed, overworking our nervous system and endocrine glands.
Come learn some easy to use methods that’ll help you relax and balance your emotional state. It’s easy to do and over time will help calm your nervous system so that it’s not such an effort to relax. (LOL. Isn’t that an oxymoron!) What you learn here makes it easier for you to relax.
You will leave this gathering feeling relaxed.
“We are Earthlings because our souls want to experience life on Earth: the good and the bad. Therefore, everything is spiritual in nature. That said, most everything is emotional in nature. And with that said, sometimes it’s exactly what it looks like: you skinned your knee and it hurts.â€
