A different workout every time, this energizing class consists of aerobic intervals to improve cardiovascular endurance combined with strength training intervals and core and balance work. Equipment provided, please bring a yoga mat for floor exercises. Your instructor is Durango personal trainer Lynn Beck. Class is open to all-1st class free!
