How do we effectively communicate with our customers? Is the customer always right? How do you deal with an irate customer? This course addresses the two way street of communication we need in all of our business dealings but especially with our customers. Why? Our customers share our business with others so we want a positive message to our community and beyond about our business. It all starts with you and how you interact with customers. See you in class!
