Brittani, a local and lifelong snowboarding enthusiast, suffered an ankle injury while snowboarding that led to multiple surgeries, years of painful rehabilitation and eventually to amputation, halting her ability to pursue her passion. That is… until she decided to take a chance, and get back on the snow as an amputee. Brittani is currently ranked as the leading female in the U.S. in her category and a podium contender for the Winter Paralympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea this March. She will represent her country in the boardercross and banked slalom events.
