Mountain Middle School, a not-for-profit, free public state-charter school is hosting Burgers and Books this Friday (April 20) at Wendy’s of Durango from 5-8 pm. A portion of the restaurant sales that night will be donated to the school and a book sale will take place inside the restaurant. Student musicians will also be performing. Coupons need to be presented when ordering food and they can be found at www.mountainmiddleschool.org. All proceeds assist with building renovations, and will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a generous local donor.
