Charles Wilkinson, Distinguished Professor and Moses Lasky Professor of Law at the University of Colorado - Boulder will give the 2018 Duane Smith Lecture in Southwest Studies titled, 'The Greatness of Bears Ears National Monument: five Tribes Define a Spiritual Cultural Area in Redrock Utah and Make It Law.' This presentation will take place in the Fort Lewis College Ballroom, Thursday, March 22nd at 7:00 pm.
