Join us Wednesday evening, February 21 at El Moro Spirits & Tavern where the Animas Museum will host a party in support of the Museum. The feature drink will be the French 75 Cocktail. This champagne-based drink was invented during WWI and was named for the 75mm field artillery gun allegedly due to its “powerful kick.” The creative El Moro culinary staff will offer special period appropriate menu items. WWI historic interpreters will mingle among the tables and a trivia contest will test your WWI knowledge.
