10AM - 11AM | TWILIGHT LAKE SPRINT SHOWDOWN | DURANGO NORDIC CENTER
A test of nerves, Nordic skiers go one on one is a sprint race around Twilight Lake. A time trial kicks it off at 10am to set the bracket(s). From there, let the fun begin. After the Sprint Showdown, relay teams will be put together for one final team event. All ages and abilities welcome.

12PM - 1PM | DOG SKIJORING CLINIC LED BY DURANGO DOG RANCH | DURANGO NORDIC CENTER
Join Gregg Dubit with Durango Dog Ranch for a dog skijoring clinic with trained dogs and skijoring gear for demo and practice. You can even bring your own dog, as long as you have a leash. Skiing proficiency, especially the ability to stop, is key. No metal edged telemark skis (these can cut the dogs feet); skate or trad-kick and glide Nordic skis only. Limited to 20 people! First come first served!
