National Women’s Build Day will take place on May 12th and encourages women to give a day of time volunteering. Habitat for Humanity of La Plata County is one of more thank 300 Habitat affiliates nationwide hosting a Women’s Build Day. More than 52,000 women volunteers from all 50 states have participated in previous years. As a sponsor since 2003, Lowe’s has worked with Habitat to build homes, communities and hope. Celebrate this Mother's Day by volunteering for affordable housing in our county!
