Over the past few years, the Culinary Heritage Dinner has taken diners back in time, to the beginning of the 20th Century in 2016 and to the World War I era in 2017.

Our Menu this year will recreate some dishes from popular spots like the Red Barn BBQ, the Silver Spur, the Terrace at the Strater and Chez Louis.
