The topic of living wage has exploded into public consciousness nationally, with many benefits for workers, their families, businesses, community, and economy. The Thrive! Living Wage Coalition recognizes nearly 100 employers in La Plata County who have realized the benefits and committed to providing living wages. Thrive's Employer Program also works with aspiring living wage employers who want to develop a living wage plan for their organization. We will discuss the benefits to our community, economy and your bottom line when you pay workers a living wage.
