Bundle up for the Starry Night Snowshoe Tour to Andrews Lake. San Juan Mountains Association presents this free event in partnership with San Juan National Forest on Feb 1, 2019 from 5:30 to 8 pm. We'll explore Ancient Greek and Native American constellations and maybe even create some of our own. There will also be night time games that play tricks with our eyes. Bring lots of warm clothing, warm boots, hot drinks, binoculars, and a headlamp with a red lens. Snowshoes will be needed. Kids' and small adult snowshoes are available for free upon request. Suitable for ages 8 and up. Kids carried in packs are allowed. Location is subject to change if the roads are bad. There is a $10 suggested donation.
