The La Plata County Fair is a wonderful family event that reflects our County's rich traditions and diverse and active community. This year's theme "Sew It, Grow It, Show It", celebrates La Plata County coming together to enjoy the best of the hard work of our County's youth in raising animals to present at the fair, the many fabulous home-grown and home-made foods, and the amazing talents and crafts of our creative citizenry. It's also a chance to socialize with friends and neighbors while enjoying great music and exciting entertainment.
