A free class, "Spring Cleaning - A guide to sensible cleansing" is being offered on Friday March 15th from 6-8pm at Osadha Herbal Wellness in Durango (165 Spring Road). Spring is a traditional time to cleanse the body, but many popular cleanses lack adequate nutrition to support the liver, the body's major detoxifying organ. The result is an increase, rather than decrease, in toxic metabolites.
