The San Juan Symphony is thrilled to announce the first installment in our Beyond the Concert Hall series: "Women Composers," a solo piano recital by Grammy-nominated pianist Kara Huber.

Kara Huber will grace the stage with her remarkable artistry and captivating presence. The unique solo recital will follow on the heels of Huber's debut concerto appearance with the San Juan Symphony and will further demonstrate her incredible commitment to the piano repertoire, specifically delving into the works of women composers. She will shine a spotlight on the impactful but often underrepresented music of Joan Tower, Cecile Chaminade, Florence Price, and many other women artists.
