Join father and daughter, Jack and Celestia Loeffler for an afternoon of conversation about water, food, and sustainability in the Southwest. Jack will weave audio vignettes of interviews he has conducted concerning inter-cultural perspectives about watersheds and ecosystems. Celestia will share the joys and positive impact of local and seasonal eating. Together they will convey a multi-generational approach to securing a sustainable future for generations to come.
