This is traditionally the time of year when local ranchers move their sheep and cattle from high-country pastures back into the valley. Our sheep trailing commemorates this time of year as we bring sheep down the Buck Hwy to start our Heritage Days celebration!

2013 marks the 14th year of Bayfield Heritage Days and is brought to you by the Rotary Club of Pine River Valley Centennial. This year festivities will begin again with the running of the sheep, followed by a parade on Mill Street and a full day of events at Joe Stephenson Park on Saturday the 29th.
