John Wimberley (Johnwimberleyphotographs.com), of Ashland, OR, is widely considered the finish living landscape photograph. Working in B&W and creating museum quality selenium-toned prints, this will be the first time his work is being shown in Durango. This is a print sale (below list prices!), and auction and there will also be a drawing. There will also be a showing of a film clip from the just-completed JOHN WIMBERLEY~American Master documentary that may air on PBS next year. This a benefit for the artist and for the Bayfield nonprofit, Birthing The Future. Suzanne Arms, founder-director (birthingthefuture.org) will be the host.
