In celebration of Native American Heritage Month, the Southern Ute Cultural Center and Museum is hosting the third annual Native Cuisine and Food Expo on Saturday, November 16 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Chefs Karlos Baca and Anthony Hamlin will be preparing an extensive menu of gourmet food with locally sourced ingredients, including buffalo and elk. Apache Crown dancers, Ute Powwow dancers and a Navajo rock band will perform. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children ages 7-15. Only 200 tickets will be sold for the event.
