Blackhat Humane Society will have its first-ever adoption local day, Saturday December 14. 2013 from 10 - 5 at the Durango Petsense Store just south of Walmart by Verizon Wireless. Five adult dogs, one three-month-old puppy and one cat will be available for adoption, and all animals have been spayed or neutered and are current on their vaccinations.
