The festival will feature 80 artist booths, a new young artist zone, live glass blowing demonstrations, and food vendors at the Elks Club and American Legion. Artwork for sale will include paintings, sculptures, photographs, jewelry, ceramics and more. East Eighth and Ninth Streets will be closed between Main and East Third Avenue, from 2:00 am Saturday, September 20 until 8:30 pm Sunday, September 21.
