After arriving on the Austin scene in his mid-30s, Garrett has played with some of the city's finest musicians and supported legendary R&B artists, all while honing his own soulful sound. His shows are rich with heartfelt songwriting, gritty guitar work, and deep Hammond grooves—music for the soul, from the soul.
