After your snowcat ride viewing the alpenglow of the Needles Mountains, our Executive Chef will have a mouth-watering five-course meal and divine entrees crafted to perfection. The only guests in the restaurant will be those who arrive by snowcat, providing an intimate and exciting feel.

The dinner begins with mulled wine or champagne while guests are allowed time to socialize and select their seats. Guests will then savor a sophisticated five-course tasting menu, complete with beverage pairings from our wine or beer partners.
