Aikido develops self-refinement through self-defense. Train to win the battles within in this series for total beginners (ages 18+).

In this introductory Aikido course, participants (ages 18+) will come away with the intrinsic skills at the heart of Aikido, Japan's youngest martial art. Registration for the full series covers all 24 classes, private lessons, and a rockin' Aikido shirt.
