The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will resume a series of “On the Road” meetings and invites the public to join them to discuss issues of interest or concern regarding La Plata County. “We are public servants and getting out into the community is a key way for us to know what’s important to County residents,” said Julie Westendorff, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners. The Board will hold its first community meeting of the year on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Sunnyside Elementary School, located at 75 County Road 218, Durango.
