This three-course experience moves from warm scones to savory bites and elegant sweets, featuring herb-forward flavors, pistachio, matcha, cucumber, and other festive nods to the holiday’s signature palette.
Begin with freshly baked Lemon & Sage and Raspberry & White Chocolate scones served with honey butter and strawberry jam. Continue with refined savory selections, including Cucumber Carpaccio, Asparagus & Goat Cheese Triangles, and Ham & Swiss Croissants. Finish with petite desserts such as Pistachio Macarons, Matcha Chia Pudding, and Blackberry Brie Tartlets.
Each course is thoughtfully paired in collaboration with Old Barrel Tea Co., our tea partner, who works with us to craft selections that elevate every bite.
