Join us for a restorative evening of sound and connection designed to celebrate and support Durango’s 2SLGBTQ+ community. As part of the Durango Creates! Grant, Solum Life Therapy offers this free sound bath to create a safe, affirming space for rest, healing, and belonging.
This 60 minute experience blends crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion with guided breathwork to help participants unwind and reconnect with their bodies. You’ll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations wash through you — easing tension, quieting the mind, and restoring inner balance. No prior experience is needed, and you must bring something soft to lie on during the event.
Sound healing can be a powerful way to release stress and reclaim calm, especially for those navigating the pressures of visibility, identity, and community care. This session honors the resilience and beauty of queer and trans lives while offering a moment of deep rest and renewal.
