Come meet other families to learn the ins and outs of pregnancy and childbirth at Cafe of Life. Hosted by Durango Doula and Childbirth Education, this all day donation based crash course will cover topics normally neglected in traditional birth prep classes and resources. Everything from relaxation techniques, labor positions, partner preparation, and what to expect, to GBS testing, birth options, and nutrition.
