Saturday April 11th 1-5 and Sunday April 12th 1-3 Mosaics are an ancient art form that inspire unique and long lasting creative designs. Instruction will cover substrates, materials, tools, cutting, tessarae, adhesives, design, setting, and grouting. In this class each participant will create a mosaic Stepping Stone to keep or give as a beautiful gift. This class is appropriate for anyone regardless of their previous experience or believed artistic abilities! Even those who are adamant they "don't have an artistic bone" in their body will be surprised at the creativity this medium will inspire! Cost: $75 includes materials, instruction, and a finished mosaic stepping stone. Held at Artesanos Design Collection/ Mexican Tile Designs on 2nd Ave and 7th St. Durango, Colorado.
