The Southwest Center for Independence, a local nonprofit that helps people with disabilities to live well in our community has teamed up with Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition and the Rocky Mountain Health Plans to meet with community members to have your say in how health care is delivered. If you or a family member is on MEDICAID, we want to know what you think about your health care AND about your Medicaid services.
