Dr. Grandin is a professor in the Department of Animal Sciences, Colorado State University. Her book, Thinking in Pictures, My Life with Autism, is the FLC Common Read selection for 2015. She is a gifted animal scientist who has designed one third of the livestock-handling facilities in the US. She lectures widely on autism from her own personal experience.
