The show, Western Stories Now and Then: New Work by Duke Beardsley & Greg Kelsey features painting and sculpture that is informed by the artists’ first-hand knowledge of the working cowboy’s experience. Meet Greg Kelsey at the show opening on Sept. 3 from 5 – 7:00pm.

Duke Beardsley, a sixth-generation Coloradan raised on a cattle ranch, blends traditional western iconography with a contemporary sensibility in his oil paintings and limited edition serigraphs.

Greg Kelsey, an active cowboy on his working ranch in southwestern Colorado, considers himself a storyteller who captures the movement, action and mindset of his western subjects. His realistic bronze sculptures depict life styles, traditions and historical events of the West.
