The summer Milky Way still shines brilliantly high overhead in mid October while the eastern sky is bringing forth the new constellations and celestial treasures of Autumn. We'll observe the many wonders adorning this transitional sky--a perfect complement to nature's own transformation to the colors, clean air and cooler temps of perhaps Durango's most beautiful season. As a special bonus, we will attempt to locate and observe both Uranus and Neptune--thereby placing ourselves within the top one-tenth of one percent of EVERY human who has ever walked the planet--and that's some pretty select company indeed!"
