How to Audition: Helpful Tips for Landing a Role

Instructor: Theresa A. Carson $34 DAC Member / $40 Non-Member Do you always leave an audition feeling like you could have done better, or wondering what went wrong? Come to this fun workshop that will focus on audition techniques including proper dress, resume tips, and how to make the best acting choices in cold readings. Instructor Bio: Theresa is currently the Artistic Director and Theatre Manager of the Durango Arts Center, an adjunct faculty member for the Fort Lewis College Theatre, and has served as the Artistic Director of Sandstone Productions for six years for the City of Farmington. Favorite directing credits include Rent, Cabaret, Footloose, Beehive, the 60s musical, Glengarry Glen Ross, and Wit.
