Come join DNS for a weekend workshop about the basics of building a functional winter shelter! Participants will learn techniques for building snow shelters, tips for staying warm and dry, as well as how to identify signs of, prevent, and treat hypothermia. We will have the opportunity to put our skills to the test as we construct and try out different styles of shelter.
